How will eating healthy make me feel good? Healthy foods consist of things like vitamins, minerals and energy which are very beneficial to the body. When your body is happy and healthy so is your positive energy. Not only is this a physical advantage but also good for piece of mind. I'm very proud that i maintain a healthy lifestyle, it's a nice thought. I'm no scientist but i understand that eating unhealthy and not excersising is bad for your body physically and mentally. Not eating healthy and not excersising is to the equivelant of smoking two packs of cigarettes per day. Maintaining healthy eating is vital to optimizing a positive, well being lifestyle.

Don't want to give up the yummy fast foods? Believe it or not, healthy food can be just as tasty or tastier! You just have to do some research and try a variety of different foods. Eaty healthy doesn't mean you have to give up all the good foods you love, it just means eating in moderation and minimizing foods that are bad for you - Don't quit cold turkey. People often find it easier to change there eating habits by taking interest in "healthy eating" and perhaps making it a hobby. Think positive about the changes you want to make.

How am i suppose to know what my body needs and whats good for me? Google it. :D

As I always say to people who wants to be healthy but say that healthy food aren't good, the main secret of everything is to understand the basic of gastronomy. We have a lot of ingredients that make the food more palatable without make the food less healthier.

I couldn't agree more with you on this one! Healthy food doesn't have to be boring or bland, it can even be a lot tastier than any unhealthy indulgence. Btw, that slice of cake in the last picture looks super yummy! 😋

Eating healthy and staying fit is extremely important for a long and happy and healthy life. I look out for ingredients like natural flavors, artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup as much as possible. Organic is great. I go to sprouts to get food. They have reasonable prices. That is also key.

Great post on healthy eating. I personally eat the ketogenic diet and teach this diet to my patients. It's great to lower blood sugar, insulin levels, and lose weight. Anyone with diabetes, high blood sugar, or thyroid issues would greatly benefit. Thanks again! - Dr. Smiley
