Bean burrito

Burrito is a Mexican flat cake with a variety of fillings wrapped around it. Since in our selection of dishes an economical variant, instead of tortilla you can use Armenian lavash.

Ingredients

• ½ cup beans;
• salt - to taste;
• lettuce leaves;
• 1 large tomato;
• 1 thin lavash;
• 2 tablespoons of hot sauce;
• 100 g of hard cheese.

Preparation

Beans (preferably white) boil in salted water. Wash and chop the lettuce and tomato. Winter variant - tomatoes in their own juice and Peking cabbage.

Lightly heat lavash and oil it with a spicy sauce. Lay the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the pita bread with a tube or an envelope.

You can serve with sour cream or other sauce for your taste.
