Classic chocolate chip cookies: Recipe

Classic chocolate chip cookies are very excellent cookies! This recipe doesn't call for any cream of tartar, but you will find them rich in taste.

Ingredients

• 250 g of sugar;
• 115 g of butter;
• 1 egg;
• Vanillin - on the tip of the knife;
• 180 g of flour;
• 60 g of cocoa;
• ¾ teaspoon of salt;
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder.

Preparation

Whip the sugar and butter. Add the egg and vanillin and mix. Pour in the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder and mix to a homogeneous consistency. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls, lightly crush them with hands or roll them in circles. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
