How to make sour cream garlic sauce at home
The sauce will perfectly complement meat, fish and vegetable dishes. It can also be used as a salad dressing .
Ingredients
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 200 g fat sour cream;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking
Pass the garlic through the press. Finely chop the dill. Add garlic, herbs, salt, pepper to sour cream and mix well.
