I have porridge for you today, this time in a version with peach and peanut butter and raisins. I put in these simple ways for a second breakfast to give you an idea for a tasty and healthy breakfast. This oatmeal is delicious and additionally helps to lose unnecessary kilograms from the stomach. ✌
I eat a wreath practically every day for a second breakfast for about a year and thanks to that I changed my figure.

  • 50g of mountain sheep-flakes
  • 200ml milk 2% fat
  • 4 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • chia seed spoons
  • 2 whole peaches
  • 25g raisins
  • a spoon of peanut butter with pieces of nuts
