Drinking wine has it's health benefits and has proven to be beneficial when consumed on a regular basis. Most people can enjoy a glass of wine with their meal and usually one glass is enough for the meal unless you start enjoying it with the appetizers.

i'm not good at yes/no
... life is analogue with an infinite number of points between any two points and an infinite number of numbers between any two numbers, that makes yes/no a human construct
like justice, or evil, or prime-time sitcom but as to the question
yes ... and often to get drunk too (but i dont drink THAT often, it's in periods, not a sequence)
