This T-Bone Was An Awesome Specimen
I had fun making my first t-bone steak. I didn't use any marinade for it. Seasoning with a flavor packet was my only way to add more tenderness.
The pasta you see next to it was a boxed pasta salad that only needed a bit of olive oil and water to create.
