Fried Caribe (Piranha)

The idea of "fresh fish" can be distorted a little in the urban centers, densely populated and with routines and networks of commercialization of several intermediaries between the fisherman and the table where it will be served. On the banks of the Orinoco River, things are simpler, more fresh and tastier. The photos that I present to you today are of the same fish. Between both shots only passed 20 minutes.
