cookie dough vegan protein bars

I was challenged to make dinner that was vegan for me and high protein for them and contained no tofu... have you any idea how difficult it is to make a high protein dinner with no tofu hah
I opted for tempeh stir fry and then I made these for desert.

I added some berries and gold dusting, I know thats hardly super health but it's a nice shimmery treat occasionally and matches my gold glasses :) let me know what you think if you try them out.
