Ingredients

150 grams of oyster mushrooms
Soaking material:
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
to taste salt
1 clove garlic, mashed
Soy sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 piece of red onion
5 small red peppers
ingredients:

taste sweet soy sauce
Step
20 minutes
Wash oyster mushrooms, boil in boiling water until slightly wilted. Suwir2. Soak seasoned marinade for 10-15 minutes
Plugs on skewers. Then burn it. * when baked also with a mixture of margarine and soy sauce.
Burn until cooked, lift and serve. I serve with soy sauce.
