Cajun spice
One of my wife's favorite spices to cook with is Cajun spice. She makes the best food and meals and everyone is always really impressed with her cooking. The family goes crazy for the meals that my wife prepares and I often hear her saying that she uses Cajun spice which is why her food tastes so great. Maybe that is one of the secret recipes! We use store bought Cajun spice which comes in a bottle ready to use. It's convenient and saves the trouble of having to mix spices together to make the Cajun spice.
However, if you are not able to get hold of store bought Cajun spice or if it isn't sold in the place you stay, it isn't that difficult to make. Basically you just have to mix a few spices together and there you have it. I will be sharing how to make Cajun spice in the picture below. You simply have to mix the following ingredients and that's it:
This spice goes well with many different dishes. You could add it to roasted veggies, chicken, meat, pasta and almost any other meal. It goes well with everything.
