Delicous coconut biscuits
I recently tried out an easy recipe on how to make coconut biscuits. I was impressed with the results.The cookies came out great! My family and I enjoyed it and finished it in no time with a good cup of tea. These biscuits are great for having with a cup of tea or coffee, especially for a last minute situation. It is simple and can be made in less than an hour.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup corn flour
- 1/3 cups Desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
Method:
Beat the icing sugar with some softened butter and add the coconut extract. Then throw in the desiccated coconut and beat, then add the corn flour and beat and then the flour. Mix it well until it is smooth. Roll and cut. Bake and enjoy!
