Tuna Tartare with Spicy Radish, Avocado and Ginger Marinade
Beautiful, delicious, and totally satisfying. This exquisite dish was created by world-leading chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten - and was eaten by me - during a visit to J&G Grill at St. Regis Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
Jean-Gorges is a highly acclaimed chef with many rewards and acknowledgements. He has earned a total of six Michelin stars.
