Banana Pancakes - simple, fast, delicious...
Who does not like them? Pancakes :-)
Today we have a superfast method for you! In a few minutes you have delicious banana pancakes :-)
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
2-3 bananas (depending on size)
3 eggs
Oil to fry
Then you still need:
1 bowl, 1 fork, 1 pan, 1 spatula and 1 trowel ;-)
Preparation:
Peel the bananas and place in the bowl.
Mash with the fork and then stir in the eggs.
Place the pan with oil on the hob and add a portion to the hot pan with the trowel and bake from both sides until golden brown.
And here they are :-)
You can enjoy it pure or at your discretion with Nutella, honey, jam or cinnamon and sugar :-)
