Steemit Chocolate　～Tasting chocolate～

Good morning!

Today I made "Steemit Chocolat" early in the morning! !

I tried to serve two kinds of chocolate on a green dish!

I used red brown cocoa powder for the central steem logo!

★ Chocolate tasting ★

There is a feeling like this ... There was a product called "Roasted milk" from Lotte last year.

I saw it at supermarket yesterday and bought it, so I tried it right away!

The first impression of trying to eat was "An arrangement version of milk chocolate" was a frank impression.

A distinctive aftertaste of "mucky" milk was a feature!

Analysis of this milk impression is presumed to be a combination of "heat-added type milk powder" and "hazelnut roast scent".

And, it seems that hidden taste seems to contain a cinnamon spice as well.

Also, as a comparison, I tried comparing eating "scorched chocolate" I made by myself!

Since it becomes the one where the white chocolate was baked in the oven, there was a taste like eating caramel.

After all, in order to taste properly, it is easy to understand by eating and comparing in two or more kinds! !

Today, it was delicious! !

おはようございます！

今日は朝早くから「Steemit Chocolat」を制作しました！！

2種類のチョコを、緑色のお皿に盛り付けてみました！

中央のsteemのロゴには、赤茶色のココアパウダーを使用しました！

★チョコのテイスティング★

今更な感じがありますが・・・ロッテから「ローストミルク」という製品が、昨年に出ていたのですね。

昨日スーパーで見かけて買ってきたので、早速食べてみました！

食べてみた最初の印象は「ミルクチョコのアレンジ版」というのが率直な感想でした。

独特の後味である「もったりした」ミルク感が特徴でした！

このミルク感を分析すると「熱を加えたタイプの粉ミルク」「ヘーゼルナッツのローストの香り」の組み合わせであると推察されます。

それと、隠し味に、僅かにシナモン系のスパイスも入っていそうな感じですね。

また、比較として、自分で作った「焦がしチョコ」も食べ比べてみました！

こちらは、ホワイトチョコをオーブンで焼き上げたものになりますので、キャラメルを食べたような味わいがありました。

やっぱりきちんと味わうには、2種類以上で、食べ比べを行うと分かりやすいですね！！
