Makanan ini bisa jadi salah satu makanan yang akan menemukan trendingnya di Bulan Puasa. Dengan komposisi yang beragam, umumnya berisikan berbagai macam Ubi (Ubi Kayu, Ubi Jalar, Ubi Rambat, Boh Gadong dan jenis umbi-umbian lainnya), Pisang (tergantung selera jenis Pisang), Nangka, dan dapat ditambahkan Kolang Kaling dan Daun Pandan Wangi. Thank to my neighbor to share this food :)
Semua bahannya direbus, dengan Santan Kelapa sebagai Kuah, ditambah Gula dengan ukuran sesuai selera.
Rasa Kolak yang manis menjadikannya cocok dengan Berbukalah Dengan Yang Manis. Jadilah Kolak salah satu makanan semi wajib di Ramadhan.
