My Version of Coffee Jelly

Last Saturday , we're at my in laws' house , because of the parents in laws' birthday bash . While i was eating my hubby's mom talked to me and gave me big slice of cake, then she told me that she loved the coffee jelly i made on Freia's 1st bday. So i was like , oh maybe she wanted me to make some for her. And yeah, yesterday, we did our grocery ang i decided to include yhe ingredients for making coffee jelly. I also want to make it since i love sweets and it's summer time , so i would really want something cold everyday, aside from ice cream , juices and water. So i did made coffee jelly earlier when kiddos were sleeping, so i can make it peacefully, LOL. I wanna share this simple dessert recipe to all of you because you might wanna try it.

I am not really that good with photography. But trying to be good at it . So my photos for this recipe might not be so inviting . LOL.

Ingredients :

2 pack of mr. gulaman ( 25 grams) or any jelly powder
2 tbsps of black coffee
5 tbsps sugar
1 can of condensed milk (390g)
1 pack of all purpose cream (250ml)
10 cups of water

Procedure :

Put in 10 cups of water (not hot, not warm) in a caserole.

Pour in the 2 packs of mr. gulaman . Stir until dissolve.

Bring the mixture to boil. make sure to have continous stirring for the jelly to be properly dissolved.

Once jelly is finely dissolve, pour in coffee. Stir continously

Once mixture is dissolved. Let it cool

Once the jelly is firm. cut the jellies into cubes

mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.

Refrigerate. serve chilled
