... I can’t get enough of those freshly made bagels from the bakery I stopped in at yesterday!
I went in and asked the head baker how he made such amazing bagels and he said it was all in the dough process.
The flour you use.. The amount of water, etc.
This is all very familiar to me as I make homemade pizza dough from scratch all the time.
My secret is to use 00 flower imported directly from Italy!
