Starting the Day The Best Way!

... You know what I always say! Start the day the best kind of way.

Normally we start the day feeling groggy and totally out of it. My recommendation? Find a good morning routine that encourages the right kind of habits!

In my life, that means getting up and doing some stretches and getting after it.

Getting active, raising my heart rate and moving my body is the best way to encourage optimal blood flow and long-term health and longevity.

If you follow my blog, then you'll know that I suffer from a lot of bodily aches and pains from my years in the gym.

Having a solid morning routine literally saved my life and continues to improve my functionality each day.

I can't recommend enough a proper stretching routine!
