Yesterday we visited Max's Restaurant and tried out a few on their menu. Here is one of the dishes that we ordered.
Pata Tim Rice Bowl
Pata Tim Rice Bowl consisted of plain rice topped with one to two slices of dark brown bone-in pata (pork knuckles) with brownish skin and drizzled with slightly thick glossy, dark brown sauce with strips of cooked banana blossom. It is served with bright green blanched native pechay, sprinkled with light golden brown fried garlic, chopped green spring onion. It was also served with an ice-cold drink. It costs 250 PHP (5 USD).
