Last time we entered this arena the commentator said ‘undefeated who never competed.’ All I heard this time was Undefeated. :cheering: Better luck this F-F-Friday ya buncha w-w-weanie-arms! Undisputed Food Fight Friday Champion

The contender this week is Pizza - But what do you think of that Championship belt? Too much? Did I take it too far? I hope it did didn’t rub you the wrong way. But we can’t eat a belt! (Well.. I guess it depends on who you ask)

As for this pizza, however, that’s a different story, this week’s contender is no stranger to anyone. You rookies who don’t know - Flip to page 143 in your #fff hand to mouth combat cookbook, section Pi, article ZZ, exception A and you’ll be feasting on:

Pizza Minuz De Chizza (it’s Italian)

Ingredients

Garlic/Herb Pizza Dough.
Pizza Sauce.
Mushroom.
Broccoli.
Bell Peppers.
Onion.
Jalapeño.
Tomato.
Garlic.
Spinach.
(If it’ll fit and you like it, top it with it)

Your prep station will look something like this:

Round Firsty - Boiyoyoing!

Remove the dough from the bag first and let it set out for minimum 30 minutes. I like to shape it into ‘about’ a medium size pizza and let it set. Spread a little bit of olive oil around on a cookie sheet and open up your pizza dough.

Chop your washed vegetables into pizza-size pieces:

Round El-Deuce-0 - Dong!

Preheat your oven to 475 degrees.

Spread a thin layer of Pizza Sauce across the top of your pizza dough. (Make the top red)

Chop your garlic into finely minced pieces and spread it evenly across your pizza.

Using roughly 2/3 of your chopped ingredients, spread them evenly around your pizza, covering it with chopped vegetables and we’ll add the remaining ingredients in a moment:

Round Treseme - P’ding!

Dip your spoon in the pizza sauce a couple of times and add a little more sauce around your pizza to help the ingredients stay where they belong.

Add the remaining ingredients evenly around your pizza and put it in the 475 degree oven for Veinte’ish minutos.... whoops, wrong language!
....and put it in the 475 degree oven for 20’ish minutes.... danget, wrong language again!
....Oven bla bla 475, Dua’ish puluh menit... wrong language for THIS food!!
