I guess it would be along the lines of Chicken Chowmein, Sweet and Sour chicken, Lemon Chicken, maybe some Spring rolls?

I'm not going to say that's a bad choice but it's often disguised as a "choice" because there really is a lack of understanding of what else is viable and it's not until you really bite the bullet and order something "risky" that you start to discover some of the more subtle Chinese cuisine available.

Ordering food you've never tasted before or even have an idea about is daunting because eating out should be an enjoyable experience.
