Favourite of the bunch has to be the Ox Tongue. It's not the most expensive meat we had that day, but it has a sort of tough rubbery texture which keeps you chewing for quite a bit longer than you would expect.
It also cooks very quickly because of how thinly sliced it is. Perfect for eating with a bit of salad leaf or as a accompaniment to some boiled white rice.
