Soaking Quinoa Before Cooking foodphotography
Quinoa is a delicious and nutritious grain that provides variety in my diet. The only difficulty is that it is hard and tough in the raw form being sold. So before I cook quinoa, I soak it for at let 30 minutes and often longer. This gives much better results with a softer grain in the final product.
I rinsed this quinoa first. Once you do that, you can smell the grain. Then, after soaking, I cook the quinoa like you saw in my recent post about that.
