Trending Puto Pizza
Today is a Celebration for all the Teachers. That's why I think of something to give as a gift for the teachers of my 2 kids not spending too expensive gifts.
This Puto Pizza has been trending lately so I thought of making one using my Special Puto Cupcakes Recipe as a base. This puto batter is so soft and fluffy which is perfect for this Puto Pizza. Easy to make and delicious! A great snack specialy for my 2kids and adults will love it too.!
Toppings for puto pizza
- Pizza sauce
- Pineapple
- Ham
- cheese
All toppings are optional. You can add more or less ingredients depend on what you like..
Puto Batter
1 1/2 cup allpurpose flour
1 1/2 tsp haiing powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
Meringue:
4 eggwhites
1/4 cup sugar
Steamed for 5-10 minutes or when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
