Boodle Fight Farewell Dinner

Good day everyone!

During holidays and vacations, it's always a part of our plan to spend time together with our family or extended relatives! I have two siblings who live abroad and it's a challenge for us to be together on some special occasions because of the distance. But still, they tried to come over here especially if there are specials occasions like weddings, anniversaries of our family member and we do a reunion. But before they go it's a custom for many of us to have farewell dinner or party for those who were leaving. And that's what we had for my siblings farewell dinner. We decided to have this simple boodle fight for our family as you can see here which is my entry for #foodphotography photocontest by @juliank.

Maybe most of us know how we do the boodle fight. But for some who don't know yet, this is how we do it. The food was piled on top of banana leaves laid out on a long table an arranged the food in a way we desire it. So, we don't use plates, spoon, fork, chopstick, and knife. We eat with our bare hands so we should wash our hands before we eat. This was copied from military way of eating. Anyway, we had fun! Try it as well when you and your family meet together.
