Scraping around to make some lunch...
Managed to knock this together for lunch 😊 and it was super tasty...
Not going to win any awards on presentation but i only looked at it while it was being forced into my face 😆
Homemade sweet potatoe, caramelized onion and garlic flat bread.
With a cheese, homemade tomatoe and chilli chutney with some extra fire from some pickled jalapenos
Now to do the dishes... ☹

Fantastic! It's not all about presentation! It's the taste. I've been meaning to try out making a sweet potato flat bread but I figured it probably quite hard, will stress me out and just be an absolute failure. This has given me the courage to try again! Thanks :)
Thanks @celestialcow 🙂 it was one of the best tasting flats breads ive had by far, deffinatly give it a try its super straight forward and pritty quick to do. Look forward to seeing your spin on it.
