Food Photography - Cake Competition Show Cases by Bakery Schools

In several cases, a cake is frequently filled in as a celebratory dish on formal events, for example, weddings, commemorations, and birthday celebrations. There are incalculable cake formulas; some are bread-like, some are rich and expound, and numerous are hundreds of years old. Cake making is never again a confused methodology; while at one time impressive work went into cake making (especially the speeding of egg froths), heating gear and bearings have been disentangled so that even the most novice cook may prepare a cake. The photos displayed here were taken during an exhibition I attended on 28-August-2017. I am not a fan of cake or pastry but I was attracted by the crowded seated in front of a group of chefs preparing the cakes on stage. The outcome of the cakes is overwhelming. I could not stop it but to stay and snap the photos of the completed products of the competition.

As the Pastry school who took part in the exhibition was also in an enrolment drive, they are more than willing to allow me to take the photos of their end products from their students. When I publish it to the media, it is a form of promotion and marketing for them. Unfortunately, I did not record down which cake was done by which school though.

Just take a closer look at these photos, aren't the cake looks fantastic? Are you cruel enough to damage it with your spoon or cake knife? Maybe not ya. Obviously, these decorative cake are designed for a special occasion to add to the fun of a party or celebration. But it is not sure how long the cake will remain before the owner starts to eat it.

A cake is a type of sweet pastry that is regularly heated. In its most established structures, cakes were alterations of bread, yet cakes presently cover an extensive variety of arrangements that can be straightforward or expand, and that offer highlights with different treats, for example, baked goods, meringues, custards, and pies.

As such, cakes are no longer meant for a special occasion. There are many cake and pastry shop around to serve cakes as desserts. There are entrepreneurs as well as franchise store selling these cakes. I used to have a piece of Tiramisu cake which come with a free coffee in a franchise store in a shopping mall for a tea break. I will settle with other cake such as Chocolate Indulgence Cake if the former is not available
