The kampua (Noodle) in Sibu, one of the most famous dishes from Sarawak. The original kampua noodles are seasoned with pork lard and onion oil and garnished with spring onions. Later on, they come with either the dark soya sauce or chilli sauce or both. They even add the char siew (roasted pork) on the noodle. The added ingredients may be new, but the essence of the noodles is in the traditional sauce.
