You can find good food at Food Court in Perth

This is a delicious Drunken Chicken Soup, served with Rice or vermicelli. This dish has chicken cooked with lots of shredded Ginger, Ear Black Fungus, Red Dates and Chinese cooking wine.
The local fresh chicken was sweet and diced to bite size. Well seasoned and soaked thoroughly with the wine. Their Red Dates were very sweet even though some of the sweetness had gone into the soup. The Black fungus were crispy and lovely to eat. The soup was thick and sweet and the chicken were tendered and sweet.

We ordered a plate of lettuce to go with the soup for our dinner.

Some people believed that good food can be found in reputed restaurants only. Actually there are some really good authentic food found in Food Court as well. You just need to go round and look for them. Of course word of mouth from friends and trying them yourself will also helped to identify the good ones.

In fact there are lots of delicious food outlets in Perth. Just that some of them are costly.
