Misua Soup
A good dinner is a must from a long day work at the office.
What we have for dinner is my favorite “lutong bahay” misua soup.
Though this kind of soup, can be considered as mao dish for us ordinary Fiipino citizen.
This misua soup is best paired with fried fish and fried dried fish.
For dried fish, dip it a vinegar with a lot of siling labuyo.
Cooking Misua Soup is very simple and can be done in just few minutes;
- Prepares the ingredients ( garlic, siling atsal, siling espada, onions, tomato, pechay, eggplant and misua noodles.
- Fried the fish (it depends on your preference of kind of fish)
- Set aside the fish (deboned the fish)
- Slice all the ingredients
- Put cooking oil in the pan
- Add garlic, onions and tomato
- Then add siling labuyo, siling atsal, and eggplant
- After few minutes, add some water.
- The add the fish and pechay.
- Let it simmer for few minutes
- Add the misua noodles
- Seasoned it with salt, ajinomoto and black pepper to taste.
- Ready to serve
