Easy Chocolate Mousse 📷❤️
This easy, but completely luscious chocolate mousse is the perfect pick- me- up sweet treat! It is a dessert with only a few ingredients, takes only a few minutes to prepare it and is super delicious, with a silky texture, perfectly combined with crunchy biscuits and has a simply unique chocolate flavor!❤️
It's perfect for your afternoon coffee or to end a rich meal. If you are a chocolate lover, I think that you gonna love it!
I served it into glasses with some classic chocolate biscuits on top but the real truth is that I didn't manage to refrigerate them for three hours...After some minutes in the freezer , we (@rouketas and I) had started to taste this mouthwatering chocolate mousse..
ingredients:
-400 g heavy cream, cold
-5 tablespoons drinking chocolate
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-mascarpone cheese (1 package)
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-rum (3 tablespoons) or espresso powder(1-2 teaspoons)
-chocolate coookies
method:
-beat heavy cream in a bowl with electric mixer on high speed, until stiff
-add mascarpone cheese and mix, until combined
-add chocolate, cocoa powder and rum and whisk together
-pour mixture into small glasses and refrigerate at least 3 hours
-serve with chocolate cookies
