Drunken apple biscuits / Részeges almás piskóta

I was thinking of a light simple cunt and I managed to put together a fine apple cider.

Ingredients:

7 eggs

7 lbs. Flour

7 kg of powdered sugar

1 eq. cocoa powder

1 eq. rum

1kg of savory apples

I wash the apple, cut it off and peel it from the shell to the round sponge cake, which I covered with a foil and a little bit crunchy.

I raise egg whites well, mix the sugar, egg yolks, and finally the flour. I pour half the cream on the sliced apple, then add the rum and cocoa to the other half. I pour this on the previous yellow cream, shake it a bit and go to the oven, I cook for 190 minutes at 30 degrees

Valami könnyű egyszerű piskotára gondoltam és sikerült összehoznom egy fincsi rumos almás csemegét.

Hozzávalók:

7 tojás

7 ek.liszt

7 ek.porcukor

1 ek. kakaópór

1 ek. rum

1kg savanykásabb alma

Megmosom az almát,kivágom a csutkáját és héjastól beleszeletetem a kerek piskóta tepsibe , amit fóliával kibéleltem és kicsit kikentem.

A tojásfehérjéket jól felverem , belekeverem a cukrot , tojássárgáját és végül a lisztet. A fele krémet ráöntöm a szeletelt almára , majd a másik felébe belekeverem a rumot és a kakaót. Ezt is ráöntöm az elöző sárga krémre , kicsit összerázom és mehet a sütőbe , 190 fokon 30 percig sütöttem
