Food Photography - Experimenting with Yuzu

Last night I picked up some yuzu at Korean and Japanese grocery store. I’ve only had yuzu in sushi but I thought I’d experiment. I’m not even sure how to describe the taste of yuzu. It’s a little spicy, but sweet, almost fragrant. I put some on a skirt steak I made tonight and it really made an interesting complement.
