Spicy Korean Chicken Soup!
I love chicken and I love soup. Combine them and I'm smiling ear to ear. I have had the dish loads of times in Korea. It is called Samgyetang and it would normally be in a quite plain soup. With some rice and ginseng. This time around it blew me away when I found a restaurant that did a spicy version of this soup.
