Недавно я училась готовить новое блюдо - Kaiserschmarrn. Толку из этой затеи вышло не много. Но то, что получилось, оказалось вкусным. Итог моей стряпни напоминал не пышный мягкий бисквит, хотя по рецепту это нечто среднее между толстым блином и сладким омлетом, включающее в себя изюм и сушеную клюкву. И невероятно хорош он оказался с яблочным вареньем, корицей и тёртыми орехами.

The result of my concoction resembled a lush soft biscuit, although by prescription it is something between a thick pancake and a sweet omelette, including raisins and dried cranberries. Выглядит аппетитно, но, увы, я не люблю сладкое. А то бы попробовала сотворить.
Как хорошо, что не любите сладкое. Я люблю, и это негативно отражается на моей фигуре последние годы. :-(
А само блюдо получается довольно пресным, хотя в описании везде заявлено, что это сладкий блинчик или сладкий омлет. Ничего подобного, если вареньем не заливать (а в оригинале там едят то ли со сливовым джемом, то ли запивают сливовым компотом), то и не сладко, и не солёно.
Блин, большое спасибо за поддержку! :) надеюсь у меня получится, хотя я не знаю наверняка как смогу это сделать :)
