Favorite Food #1: Eggplant and soy sauce
I love eggplants very much, but it's very dreary to overcook them, especially in the heat. I want something faster. It is the simplest and most delicious dish with a minimum of ingredients and minimal energy consumption, which is good both in hot and in cold form and which has every chance to please even those who do not like eggplant. It is so tasty and fast that you will often have this with soy sauce.
