Chicken and Waffles @ Aqimero - Foodphotography

Aqimero offers up a variety of Latin and seafood influenced dishes on its brunch menu. This was my first time eating fried chicken and waffles together. A crispy waffle topped with 3 breaded and deep fried chicken strips. This ensemble included red peppers, green peppers, a bit of onion and some garnished all covered in a light maple drizzle. All of this paired perfectly with my mimosa.
