Sweet Couscous with Banana and self made Caramel.

Today after work I wanted to eat sth sweet but also feeling. That's how I came up with this dish. What do you think?
One reflexion for future: it's much better to put caramel on bananas then on couscous.

    I discovered an interesting effect with caramel during preparation of this dish and I'm going to use it in my next sweet dish :D
