5 Surprise Players in the Premier League 2018

English Premier League this season is completed. A number of young players managed to appear surprising and so the spotlight on the first team.

Surprise players are synonymous with young talents whose popularity has not been too flashy. Now, their name began to be attention along with charming performance.

Here are some surprising players :
1. Leroy Sane
Manchester City era Pep Guardiola is notoriously cruel in choosing a major player. The popularity of famous players can disappear instantly if not appropriate performance.

Yaya Toure, and the Spanish duo Jesus Navas-Nolito also failed to compete in City Guardiola era. However, Leroy Sane, 22-year-old nosy boy is actually stealing the attention of the coach.

Sane who was brought in from Shalke 04 performed fantastically and won the PFA's Best Young Player of the Year. He successfully beat Dele Alli the last two seasons dominate.

Sane packs 14 goals and 19 assists in 49 games across the competition. An impressive record for young players who are in the midst of a tough competition squad Man City.

2. Trent Alexander-Arnold
This young Liverpool defender managed to steal the attention of manager Juergen Klopp this season. Trent was able to replace injured Nathaniel Clyne from the start of the season.

Klopp occasionally still rotates Trent with Joe Gomez in right-back position throughout the season. However, Trent played more and managed to show his tajinya as a future star candidate.

3. Lewis Cook
The Guardian launch Lewis Cook as one of the potential young players this season. He successfully became a pillar in Bournemouth this season with a 32 game incision.

The England midfielder who successfully led England's Under-20 World Cup champions was even considered worthy of a chance to appear in Russia 2018. However, he has to compete with a big name, including Jack Wilshere who shines with Arsenal again.

4. Scott McTominay
McTominay had seized the attention of the public because of the brilliant appearance of replacing the role of Paul Pogba. The 21-year-old midfielder routinely graced United's first team when manager Jose Mourinho broke with Pogba.

After Mourinho and Pogba's relationship improved, McTominay's playing hours again diminished. However, he could be a public spotlight even be seizure England and Scotland team. The player himself chose to be a Scottish citizen.

McTominay is staying as Michael Carrick's successor. Manchester United reserve team coach Warren Joyce rate McTominay is a typical box to box player that suits the needs of Manchester United.

5. Marcus Rashford
This 20-year-old player is not really a new face in the Premier League. When Louis van Gaal was still handling Manchester United, Rashford began to surface.

No one doubts the potential of Rasfhford on the front lines. It has the complete technique required as a spearhead. In fact he can play as a winger attacker if needed.

This season Rashford did have more flying hours than before. He was able to carve 12 goals from 50 matches in all competitions. However, his chances of playing began to decline along with the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in the half-season.
