Ibrahimovic Hits Landmark 500th Career Goal

Former Sweden captain, Zlatan Ibrahimovic on Saturday hit a career high 500th goal in a grand fashion despite his team loss.

Ibarhimovic hit the landmark with a roundhouse kick to pull one goal back for LA Galaxy in their 5-3 loss to Toronto FC.

Despite his wondrous goal, Galaxy still trailed and although they later levelled the game, two late goals in the last 15 minutes gifted Toronto the win and now Galaxy need more work to be done to get a chance at playoff.

The Swede has now joined Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as the only active players to have reached 500 goals.

He currently has 17 goals in 22 appearances for LA Galaxy, which is close to his average for PSG of 50 goals in 51 appearances in a season.
