Sturridge And Moreno To Quit Liverpool

Liverpool duo of Daniel Sturridge and Alberto Moreno will be leaving Anfield this summer once their current contracts expire.

Sturridge who joined the club from Chelsea in January 2013, has scored 67 goals in 160 outings for Liverpool, while Moreno featured 141 times, following his move from Sevilla in the summer of 2014.

The two players have struggled for game time and good form in recent seasons, manager Jurgen Klopp praised the pair, who will be leaving Anfield as Champions League winners following Liverpool's 2-0 win over Tottenham in the Champions League final in Madrid on June 1.

While addressing the issue, Klopp praised their character and wished them well wherever their next journey takes them.
