France went into the final after close win over Belgium
Experienced France performed clever team play to stop powerful Belgium team in semi-final clash. In the first half Didier Deschamps men made 11 shots but only was 2 on goal. Red Devils had 58% of possession but only once disturbed Hugo Lloris. On the 51th minutes France and Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti rose above Marouane Fellaini and headed ball into the back of the net after the corner kick by Antoine Griezmann. Belgium coach Roberto Martinez made a number of changes to revitalize Red Devils attack with Dries Mertens, Yannick Carrasco and Michy Batshuayi but French defense remained solidly organized until the final whistle. 1:0 for France who are reach World Cup final for the 3rd time in their history after 1998 and 2006.
