Forgiveness.
Life is full of ups and downs and often times we react to things differently. One of the many things that can't be totally controlled is human behaviour and more so, intentions.
You can't walk without having your head move, which is true of the fact that, we can't go through life without offending each other. In my language they would say "The tongue and the mouth often fight but they always know how to resolve it among themselves". You can't help but to offend people, either deliberately or not.
Life doesn't come with a manual, nor do we have instructions on what we are supposed to do all the time. Often times we learn by experience; which is an accumulation of mistakes and also testimonies from people; either through reading or by direct contact with people. You can't help but step on each other's toes in life.
Establishing the fact that you can't help but hurt each other once in a while as you go and grow through life, this is why forgiving people is vital. You can't keep holding things against people every time; your conscience won't take it and for the sake of your heart too. You need to forgive people, not because they deserve it, but for your own sake.

Forgiveness is one of key to successful relationship especially with God and fellow man. Faults, hurt/wrongs against one another is inevitable either passively or actively. What's more important is not just realising we have erred but ways and manner of dealing with it.
Forgiveness is also a show and sign of maturity, consideration of another person's feelings, being responsible etcetera. Forgiveness i have to realise is a virture, just as Patience.
Forgiveness is a way of opening up access to ones own freedom, Peace, closeness to God too. Forgiveness is everything to fruitfulness (my personal take)
