Je vis dans un pays ou la justice est devenu un produit qu'on peut s'offrir si on a les moyens nécessaires pour payer.

Pour preuve, un grand ami à moi, qui je considère comme celui qui a changé ma vie, est , malgré lui, actuellement cité dans une affaire opposant deux associés et est sous le coup d'un mandat d'arrêt savamment orchestré par un des associé.

Je ne vais pas rentrer dans les détails ici sur ce qui oppose ces deux associés. Comme vous l'aurez sans doute imaginez, c'est toujours une histoire d'argent, une histoire de détournement de fond par l'un des associés au détriement de l'autre et vice versa. Chacun s'accuse mutuellement. Mais ce qui est incompréhensible, c'est que, les données financières de l'entreprise, qui sont les seules à permettre de rétablir la vérité, ne sont pas encore cités par les juges. L'un des associés est entrain de faire en sorte que cela n'arrive pas.

Pour tout vous dire, ça m'est égal que ces deux associés s'écharpent à coup de millions de francs en achat d'avocats et de juges. Moi ce qui m'écoeur et que je trouve injuste dans cette histoire, c'est que mon ami étant le directeur financier de cette entreprise, se trouve sous le coup d'un mandat d'arrêt pour je ne sais quoi. On a monté un dossier de détournement de fond contre lui, et sans même écouter ce qu'il a à dire, un jugement a eu lieu dans son ignorance totale et il a été condamné par le juge.

Dites moi, est ce possible de condamner quelqu'un sans même qu'il soit au courant du délit pour lequel on l'accuse ? Oui c'est possible, dans mon pays c'est possible, il suffit juste d'avoir assez d'argent pour que ça arrive. Ici, on est prêt à mettre un innocent en prison pour servir ses intérêts personnels.

Sincèrement, avec tout ça, la seule chose à laquelle je pense c'est de quitter ce pays, moi et ma famille. Partir là ou je me sentirai en sécurité et ou mes droits ne sauront pas bafoués. Pourquoi ne pas rester et changer les choses ? On a trop parlé. On a trop manifesté. Beaucoup sont morts dans des manifestations contre ça. Rien n'y fait. Alors, vaut mieux quitter. C'est mieux.

I live in a country where justice has become a product that you can afford if you have the means to pay.

A great friend of mine, who I consider as the one who changed my life, is currently quoted in a case opposing two partners and is under the arrest warrant wisely orchestrated by one of the company associate.

I will not go into details here about what is opposing these two. As you will probably imagine, it is always about money, a story of misappropriation of funds by one at the expense of the other and vice versa. Everyone accuses each other. But what is really bizarre is that, the financial datas of the company, which are the only ones to help restore the truth, are not yet cited by the judges. One of the associate apparently does not want this to happen.

To be honest, it does not matter to me that these two associates spend tons of money "purchasing" lawyers and judges. What is disgraceful to me, and what I find unfair in this story, is that my friend being the financial director of this company, is under a warrant of arrest for I do not know what. A case of misappropriation of funds is set up against him, and without even listening to what he had to say, a judgment was taken in his total ignorance and he was sentenced by the judge.

Tell me, is it possible to convict someone without even knowing about the crime for which he is accused? Yes it is possible, in my country it is possible, just you will need enough money to make it happen. Here, we are ready to put an innocent man in prison to serve one personal interests.

With all this, the only thing I think about is leaving this country, me and my family. To go live where I will feel safe and where my rights will not be flouted. Why not stay and change things? We talked too much. We have make too much demonstrations and many have died. Nothing works. So, better leave. It's better.
