A story from the 19th century says that the truth and the lie met one day...

The lie spoke to the truth:

"Today is a beautiful day!"

The truth looks up into the blue sky and sighed, because it was truly a beautiful day. The truth and the lie spent a lot of time together and finally arrived at a well. The lie told the truth:

"The water is refreshingly cooling, let's swim together!"

The truth, again sceptical, tested the water in the well and realized that it was really refreshing, so the truth undressed and began to bathe.

Suddenly the lie came out of the water, put on the clothes of truth as fast as possible and ran away. The angry truth came out of the well and ran around to find the lie again and get the clothes.

But the world that saw the truth naked turned its gaze away with contempt, disgust and anger.

So the poor truth returned to the well and disappeared forever to hide her shame.

Since that day the lie has traveled all over the world, disguised as truth and telling people what they want to hear, satisfying the needs of society, because the world refuses to face the naked truth...

The truth can't put on it's shoes as fast as the lie goes around the world...

a verdade nua e crua

Uma história do século XIX diz que a verdade e a mentira se encontraram um dia...

A mentira falava a verdade:

"Hoje é um dia lindo!"

A verdade olha para o céu azul e suspira, porque foi um dia verdadeiramente lindo. A verdade e a mentira passaram muito tempo juntas e finalmente chegaram a um poço. A mentira dizia a verdade:

"A água está a arrefecer refrescantemente, vamos nadar juntos!"

A verdade, mais uma vez céptica, testou a água no poço e percebeu que era realmente refrescante, por isso a verdade despiu-se e começou a banhar-se.

De repente, a mentira saiu da água, vestiu as roupas da verdade o mais rápido possível e fugiu. A verdade furiosa saiu do poço e correu ao redor para encontrar a mentira novamente e pegar as roupas.

Mas o mundo que viu a verdade nua desviou o seu olhar com desprezo, desgosto e ira.

Então a pobre verdade voltou para o poço e desapareceu para sempre para esconder sua vergonha.

Desde aquele dia a mentira tem viajado por todo o mundo, disfarçada de verdade e dizendo às pessoas o que elas querem ouvir, satisfazendo as necessidades da sociedade, porque o mundo se recusa a enfrentar a verdade nua e crua...

A verdade não pode calçar os seus sapatos tão depressa como a mentira dá a volta ao mundo...

die nackte Wahrheit

Eine Geschichte aus dem 19. Jahrhundert besagt, dass sich die Wahrheit und die Lüge eines Tages trafen...

Die Lüge sprach zur Wahrheit:

„Heute ist ein wunderschöner Tag“!

Die Wahrheit blickt in den blauen Himmel auf und seufzte, denn es war wahrhaft ein schöner Tag. Die Wahrheit und die Lüge verbrachten sehr viel Zeit miteinander und kamen schließlich an einem Brunnen an. Die Lüge erzählte der Wahrheit:

„Das Wasser ist erfrischend kühlend, lass uns zusammen baden!“

Die Wahrheit, erneut skeptisch, testet das Wasser im Brunnen und merkte, dass es wirklich sehr wohltuend erfrischend war, also zog sich die Wahrheit aus und begann zu baden.

Plötzlich kam die Lüge schnell aus dem Wasser heraus, zog sich die Kleider der Wahrheit an und rannte weg. Die aufgebrachte Wahrheit kam aus dem Brunnen und rannte umher, um die Lüge wieder zu finden und ihre Kleider zurückzubekommen.

Doch die Welt, die die Wahrheit nackt erblickte, wandte ihren Blick mit Verachtung, Abscheu und Wut ab.

So kehrte die arme Wahrheit zurück zum Brunnen und verschwand für immer daron, um ihre Scham zu verstecken.

Seit diesem Tage reist die Lüge um die ganze Welt, verkleidet als Wahrheit und erzählt den Menschen was diese hören wollen, befriedigt die Bedürfnisse der Gesellschaft, denn die Welt lehnt es ab, der nackten Wahrheit zu begegnen...

Die Wahrheit kann sich gar nicht so schnell die Schuhe anziehen, wie die Lüge um die Welt geht...
