Back To The Basics (5-minute Freewrite)
In order to succeed in many aspects of life, one will need to start refining and then mastering the basic skills of that particular sector. There are countless of basic skills to grasp.
We grow up learning the basic habits for hygiene and tidiness. We learn the basic to healthy life - what we eat and drink and exercise. We acquire the basic social and communication skills as we start school. Then we pick up basic writing and reading skills. As long as human are growing, we consistently gaining more basic skills in life. The basics of food preparation and cooking, baking, business integration, accounting, blogging, programming, playing instruments, sports, so on and so forth.
When you are swimming in the ocean of working world, you got to have basics of how people-relationship works (unless you are working in the forest with the animals and plants only), teamwork, working etiquette, or even how to tie your necktie! For ladies, how to put a suitable make-up for your sector.
Likewise entering into the blogging world based on Steem blockchain, you can zoom faster if you have the basics of markdown (HTML), Sbd, SP and Steem. The basic knowledge of what blockchain is and how it works to propel digital currencies is essential too.
But still, a house will easily be blown away by strong wind and be washed away by storm has it been built only on sand. Fragile. On the contrary, a house built on rock will be standing strong, solid and immovable.
So, it still come back to the very core foundation of the basics in life. Back to the basics per se. Life skills - your ultimatum livelihood - how to find food and money coupled with basic survival skills and basic moral values of love and respect. Yup, back to the basics.

Anyway, I'm bringing today's prompt and it reminds me of the movie Multiplicity where a guy makes a copy of himself to keep up. Then the copies start making copies: "He's special, all right. - We made a copy from Two. Sometimes a copy from a copy is not quite as sharp as the original."
