We are all being given one gift which is free - the gift of life. The fact that we find ourselves breathing means we are still alive and well. No doubt life hits us with unending challenges and duties and responsibilities, but those are little thorns in the bed of roses. Still, there are roses around for us to admire. Well, if you don't like roses, what about daisies, lilies or sunflowers?

Every life is like a book or a movie; each comes with a prologue, the contents, the dramas, the twist, the conflict, the settle-down and the epilogue. Unlike movie or book where we can simply fast forward to the end or flip the pages to the last to know the ending, no one knows how each's epilogue looks like.

Oh how I wish I know how will my life end. Will it end beautifully or brutally? Or...? For awhile I want to be childish and imagine I am Dr. Strange where I can go into different dimension of time to see my future in order to avoid certain mistakes in the now. But reality is, we live in the moment.

Now the more important elements of thoughts is - how are we going to live our day to day life in order to at least able to steer our life's stories towards the positive and beautiful?

Back then, when I was a pastor leading and mentoring a group of young brilliant people, I threw them this epic question. I even went to the extreme and asked then to imagine what they wanted people to say during their funeral's eulogy moment. At the end of the sharing, we were all dumbfounded to realise we might have missed alot of opportunities; perhaps we had allowed our setbacks to paralyse us from walking through open doors, some had been bound by unforgiveness they barely lived a day without hatred, some had taken their life or parents for granted they just did not do anything to pursue anything.

We ended praying and ministering to one another, setting a higher goal to live our life to the fullest, allowing God to do His work in us; whether it was healing or restoration, or it could be a smack on our butt to force us moving, or it could be a gentle kick so that we come out of our nest (comfort zone) and learned to fly.

Truth is, we do not know how does the epilogue of our life looks like as it is beyond our control, but we can start creating good contents here in our life on a daily basis, something which is under our control and management.

So, besides creating good contents on your blog, do not forget to create good contents for your life's story as great epilogue is awaiting. It can be your career, your well-being or character, or it can be as simple as a change of habit and diet. At times, it can forgiveness, love and relationships restored. Cheers!
