WHAT DOES A BANANA TASTE LIKE?

This was the Day 352: 5 Minute #Freewrite Daily Prompt iniated by @mariannewest.
I resteemed her post 4 or 5 days ago but this morning was my time to write and post this now for I have been too busy the past days.
My short Banana poem:
Bananas awesome
Fruit that save in times of need
Cheap, just three
Am full whole day.
Of all the Banana varieties, my fave is the Saba we call in our dialect. It can be cooked in different recipes with different taste.
One is just to cook the not so ripe but almost, eaten with chili anchovies plus little vinegar. Oh la la, am easily full especially when the setting is on the beach.
Two, just fry in deep oil, cut it 4 or five section excluding the edge for a fan shape result we call this pinaypay in visayan dialect with flour plus little water. For presentation it is place in a barbecue stick coated with white sugar. Yumminess!
Three, pound the cooked saba with mortar and pestle until ground fine then add coconut meat plus little sugar and shape into patties. Yeah, I love this so much!
