Glass Bottle

A glass bottle is so romantic. The message in the bottle that we find and wonder forever who did send it. A person, stranded on a lonely island, waiting desperately for help but in the meantime, has become the ultimate survivor - wait, there is a book written like that I read as a kid and probably would find offensive in many ways now. Do I want to read it again? probably not. Why waste my time. Then there is the bottle message of a lover and you wonder. Was it a mean dad that prohibited his daughter ever ever never to see that no good man again and she is dying slowly of her grief. The only way she can communicate with him is by a message in a bottle and he will never get it. But someone else will find it and go and search for the forlorn lover - only to fall in love as well - I think that was a movie too. Arghh. I am so devoid of original thought right now. But what is original anyway. Can we be original with millions and billions of people having thought the same thought before, told the same story in so many words that might be a little bit different from mine - but still, the words have been spoken, the photo has been taken, the story has been told, the painting has been painted. Yet. There is always someone who comes up with something new. Something no one thought about it before. Maybe, they have a better eye? maybe there brain functions differently, or maybe it is just different because it is a new person telling the same story. Who really knows.
And, people, the final word on glass bottle is: Don't use plastic, fill up that glass bottle over and over again and drink your water from it. Plastic is killing us and you don't want to participate!!
